Return & Exchange Policy

In-store 

Returns for refunds or exchanges are permitted within seven days.  Items must be in new condition – unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume with the original receipt and with all labels and tags attached.  All items are inspected, and any items damaged in the washer, dryer, or show signs of wear are ineligible for return or exchange.  ALL clearance and sale items are non-returnable.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid.  No returns or exchanges accepted after seven days.  

 

NOTE:  Due to hygienic reasons, undergarments, panties, shapewear and wearable accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.  

 

Internet/On-line

Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the invoice (shipping) date or a refund/exchange will not be allowed.  Please contact our office at 443-596-5205 immediately to request a return authorization (RA) number to ensure timely returns/exchanges with the fourteen (14) days.  

 

Return the item in new condition – unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached.  All items are inspected, and any items damaged in the washer, dryer, or show signs of wear are ineligible for return or exchange.  All clearance and sale items are non-returnable.  You will be notified via email if your item is approved or rejected for return/exchange.  Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit for all on-line purchases only.

Shipping Policy 

All items advertised on-line and are available for shipping in the United States within three (3) to five (5) days from the time the order is processed.   Your order will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please allow up to five (s) business days to receive your order.  Regular shipping cost is a $6.00 flat fee charged to your order.  Free shipping is offered for orders over $100.00.  Please call the office at 443-596-5205 for priority (expedited) shipping which will require additional charges.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If the item is an exchange (different size, color, etc.), you are responsible for the shipping costs.
